The validity period of the study invitation is one year from the date of its registration in the Automated System "Electronic Journal" authorized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
In order to participate in remote reception, a foreigner must receive such an invitation, pay for a set of information and consulting support, as well as obtaining a visa D for entering Ukraine (except citizens of visa-free entry countries), or have completed the procedure legalization of education documents in the country of their issuance; performed legalization in the consular department of the diplomatic institution of Ukraine abroad (consular legalization or apostille).
For the organization of remote recruitment of foreign citizens for study, the university concludes agreements with partner organizations that are residents of the countries of origin of the entrants. The subject of the agreement is the provision of services for personal identification, verification of original documents of entrants, organization of reception of entrants' applications in electronic form, and provision of premises and technical means for conducting consultations and entrance tests in a remote format.
